Our lodge is unlike any other and is hard to describe in words alone. Our concession lies within an area that is very much untouched which affords our guests a true African bushveld experience. Nestled beside the Matlabas River that only flows seasonally, the river banks in the winter offers more beauty with roaming animals in the river beds. Offering all the facilities you need.
Everything you need to unwind and relax has been taken into consideration including a pool to provide refreshment from the heat – with a heated option to warm you up in winter.
The rooms at both lodges offer panoramic views of the lush surrounding bushveld. Each room is generously sized and offers a comfortable bed, en-suite bathrooms with showers, tea and coffee making facilities and air-conditioning. All the rooms are serviced daily.

The River Lodge
Our four newly built river chalets have been designed to bring the peace of nature to your front porch. Your private balcony overlooking the Matlabas River adds to the experience of being up close to the African bushveld, complemented by the chalet’s modern and luxurious design. Each chalet is equipped with a tea and coffee station and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The River Lodge chalets are serviced by a large entertainment area offering a bar and heated pool – the ideal spots for enjoying the famous African sunset. The lodge and entertainment area are reserved for the use of guests who exclusively book out the River Lodge chalets.

The Hunter Camp
Our Hunters Camp is ideal for hunting groups, it is 50m from River Lodge. This luxury bushveld home away from home consists of four bedrooms with two shared bathrooms.
